Garlic, called allium sativum, has many therapeutic benefits. Concentrated in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements (especially allicin which acts as a powerful antibacterial), it helps maintain a healthy scalp, promotes hair growth and also reduces the formation of dandruff .
Onion, like garlic, is rich in sulfur. Used on a regular basis, it has a reputation for strengthening hair roots and reducing hair loss. This is why the onion is interesting on hair problems like alopecia and hair loss.
On the hair, fenugreek is known mainly to strengthen and stimulate the hair while providing shine and volume.
How to use it ?
- Shake your bottle then apply the oil directly to your hair, section by section, saturating each strand. Start at the roots, go up the lengths and finally the ends.
- Once the hair is saturated, cover it with a plastic cap for 30 minutes to deeply condition your hair.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly, then shampoo or apply your conditioner.
You can also uUse one to two tablespoons of your garlic / onion oil to pre-mix your Kaylabé powder mask before putting the hot liquid to activate it.
